Name: 5 Ancient Principles of Leadership by Jack Myrick.

Intro:

This is wonderful book teaching some fundamental concept of leadership in a fable story book style.

Lot of people (including me) like to learn with mental visuals and in a story format raher than a dull serious Phd thesis look alike book.

I like the Author choice of words as well as well as the format and flow of the story. I suggest readers not to worry about of the details of the story but to understand the message behind.

This is one of the few books I finished in day and so can you.

Summary:

The five principles of Leadership the author talks about are as follows

a) Make them Feel Appreciated.
b) See their potential, Not their flaws.
c) Lead with Authority not Power.
d) Love them first.
e) Make them feel they are part of something special.

My Note: If assist your team member to achieve his goal, you will achieve yours. Find the dream and lock in the activity plan to achieve it.
