Proposal:

Insource your work to your peers in exchange for a fee.

 

Preface:

Say if you are swamped with a bunch of report generation, analysis work, updates etc and you think you will have a hard time meeting your dealines and at the same time you dont want to miss your kids soccer game or a recital.

Answer:  Peer Sourcing 

 

What is it: Unique concept where you can insource some of your mundane work to your peers for a fee.

 

How will it work:

Peer Outsourcing (PO) engine will identify which work colleague is best suited to do a task which you wish to outsource based upon the pre-set profile and also will optimize the cost of the work.

 

The PO engine will then estimate the time the cost of the work with attached ROM to your entered estimates and place it in the open Bid section for any of your peers to bid and accept the work.

 

 

Future Enhancement (coming next summer):

 

Payment gateway to facilate payments via credit card thru the PO engine.

Improved Embedded Chat session and secure email within the PO engine.
